They intentionally didn't put out any announcements on the Valhalla project. They let the SP go down, and now using the SP as an excuse. If they wanted the SP to rise they could have easily made some announcements regarding what they are using the funds for. I feel they capped the SP from rising just to get it delisted. Always a parcel parcel popped up around the 2.4 mark when it was looking like going up. Daylight Robbery. Now they are doing the same to buy shares very cheap.
