Well I was never going to trade the small parcel I bought when it originally started to plunge + recent CR top up until they were in production some time next decade anyway, so owning a piece of a private entity isn’t going to inconvenience me much unless they end up doing some kind of backhanded forced acquisition of leftover retail parcels for peanuts. Serves me right for investing entirely based on my research into what I observed to me most ample assets and I’m not talking about Valhalla and Asgard.
