don't think they contemplate an official buy-back. i can't help thinking that majority shareholder will mop up at low prices to ensure that Special Resolution passes. I'm thinking that the EGM will provide an opportunity to tell majority shareholder what thievery and dishonesty looks like, but what is especially galling is the timing of this announcement. I label it contemptible, unless a timetable can be provided to show why Xmas Eve was the last possible date to save $x.xx for the company.
