That sounds that the Market for the shares will have little transparency .
Price discovery might be difficult and payment route not as simple or as safe as listed shares .
There may be a Hot Copper forum that still remains that might be useful to indicate buyers or sellers but I doubt that Hot Copper would tolerate it being used as a full on Market Place .
