Amazing that these guys Battersby, Smith & Sack didn't attract a special situation Secion.249D for this. Reported to ASIC (for what that's worth) and a google alert set up for management, they'd better not stick their heads above the parapet in the future for an IPO because they will have quite the reputation to overcome.
