Thats a bit of a cop out. Clearly they've under performed and market has beat the SP down accordingly but they're blaming the market valuation for impeding their ability to progress the coy.

Shite sambo for holders if gets voted up. SP will no doubt get trashed by the panic sellers selling into their cheap bids to give them extra vote power.
