there are 1 billion shares on issue and top 20% own 400mil - 40%. So even if they could con all top 20 to agree they still need at least another 350mil shares supporting delisting to get to 75 %. How many shares do you think they will need to buy to get it over the line? That does not make sense. The buying now is people buying the dip hoping to average down their cost and not supporters buying to influence the vote.
