if below reason is a good reason to quite ASX then probably half of ASX might get delist and save money.

If the company goes private then there is absolutely no big brother watching them like asking question that ASX ask (even though they not absolutely hard but still time to time they ask).

Not sure who in their right mind will vote for this proposal.

They should have actually added a proposal that if not approved all sitting board will resign and take moral responsibility. However, that will stop the pay cheque I guess !!!
