Thanks for the post above and I would like to get an answer to the question too. I'm by no means a big investor but accumulated and parked some BYE some years back at an av price of 13 cents in the hope of it growing into a nice little retirement bonus which I'm now only a few years away from! Received the BYE email which clearly states the 'resolution must be passed by at least 75% of the votes cast by shareholders of the Company entitled
to vote on the resolution and who vote at the meeting in person or by proxy'. Why then are some on this thread of the opinion that small shareholders don't count? It only takes 25% to vote no. I'm planning to vote against delisting for my small shareholding.
