Hmm... maybe the reason why there was little or no interest is that the SHs and potential investors were waiting for a reason to BUY !!
The BoD hasn't done such a great job in delivering any positive news for quite some time.

I don't know.... why don't they just wind up the Company? the MC and SOI seem to indicate that its worth more than ~5c a share.
Smarter people here can educate me on this I'm sure.

Personally... I'm not that inclined to sell at "fire sale" prices which I think is what the BoD would wish.
I quite like the idea of being a SH in a non-listed entity - after all isn't that where all "the smart money" is going these days
