It's a huge risk if you decide to go private with the company.
Once delisted, they can pretty much do whatever they want, such as selling the assets of the company to another entity at unfair price, leaving the company, and you, with nothing.
You minority shareholders do not have enough resources to fight against large holders.
This is daylight robbery, but unfortunately, there is nothing minority shareholders can do.
