hear what your saying but the Israel factor means I won’t hold here, I’ll take the loss and use it to offset other profits.

I can deal,with aus based private holdings, but holdings in a foreign country is too much of a headache. Not saying it is the case here but have heard of nightmares where a similar thing occurred in I believe another Middle East company and the holder basically couldn’t sell their holding without having involvement of a citizen of the country due to tax laws and because the holding still had a ‘value’ the aus tax dept wouldn’t recognise the loss, he basically walked away.

mate I’ve lost a bundle here, but it’s the game, win some, lose some.

Had great hopes these guys were going to get the concept over the line and make us Rick…..oh well, live and learn.
