I am pretty sure thats not how it works. This is what will happen upon reinstatement:
Current Shares on issue: 2.88B
Market cap as off the last day before suspension: $11.55M (@0.004c)
Assuming they raise $1M @ 0.002- 500M new shares
Total shares on issue post CR: 3.38B
Share price on reinstatement= Current market cap/ no of shares
= $11.55/3.38B
= 0.0035 (SP at open)
I do not see any wall at 0.002 based on my calculations. Please correct me if I am wrong. Cheers
