Two completely vacuous statements.

Getting to final commitment is never a matter of marketing - marketing gets you someone's attention, it might even, in extraordinary circumstances, get you to the negotiating table, it does not get you to "yes".

... and there has never been a suggestion that India have wanted anything for free - in fact, they have dangled additional funds in front of us in return for changed contract conditions. What company thinks they can get something of value for nothing? They may be looking for a better deal (though I doubt that's the hold up) but there's been no evidence for that released to us.

I know everyone is frustrated but it doesn't help to just post random inflammatory statements. If you have some actual ideas about what is happening is respect of either deal I'm sure many would like to hear them.
