Being a Government body, NMDC (in an official capacity) is not giving away anything at this stage to ECT. There is nothing ECT can do about this. They can't dictate to a Government body how to run their operations.
All I can say is that ECT have done an extraordinary job to progress this far - given the barriers they have been facing.
I am absolute confident ECT is doing their best to get this deal over the line.
They have also done extremely well to convince the ASX to remain in suspension whilst they sort this out.
