    this is odd. They hardly have a balance sheet to optimise. Am i correct in assuming that additional 6,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company to be issued on the Company achieving a net profit after tax of $1.92 million for the financial year ending 30 June 2016 will not be issued to the vendors of Intiga security ?
