    I would guess that any current finance arrangements were negotiated on the future of cougars qld projects.Without the green light for kingaroy or a cornerstone investor to advance the other progects then it will probally be game over.

    There may also be some disclosure issues when they last tipped the instos for cash, given that they had at the time what has now been percieved as market sensitive information.
