lol, you have in fact hedged your bets(useless words not money) since the TH cos know going up. you're not kidding anyone. and i did mention qbl. i agreed rent is too high. small part of big pic tho. and u seriously have a massive cry about people not liking ur posts all the time. on threads u dont hold lol
