It seemed to me that they had to re do the deals to satisfy the ASX rulings as the first/original deal/deals and the intended ANN may have not complied with ASX rules or deemed to be misleading.

It was not just changing the wording of the ANN and to go back to the negotiation with other parties take much longer time where they can agree on the term to satisfy the ASX rules.

We always get disappointed with market and rarely things work perfectly like a clock but this still sounds very positive !! but I will hope for the best and prepared for some degree of disappointment and still there is a possibility that the suspension may go even beyond first week in June.
Nothing is certain in the market but I personally feel they will be back in trading as stated and we better get ready for some BIG actions !!
