Is Nick is working on a company that is not an entity of tv2? A company that he can walk away with for no fee if tv2 goes ballsup. That is as big of a conflict of interest that I've ever heard of.
If it succeeds he gets another squillion shares when in essence he gets paid 350k for his time working on what he is going to sell back to TV2. The big dog of double dips right there! All of course IMO and the only way this could be proved is if the ASX went through all this.
