If the military were / are solely focused on the rule of law, then the bullet should be recovered with forensic analysis / ballistic profile undertaken. The trajectory of the bullet IMO is/was no accident. You certainly do not point a firearm in the direction of a crowd and pull the trigger (using a live round) wihout having the foresight / knowledge that such action could cause grevious bodily harm or death. At the very least the action of the person repsonsible is guilty of manslaughter and should charged according to law. I would be/ am very interetsed to see if this point /line of enquiry/ investigation is picked up by the military / opposition party.
