I think the board has a fair idea what will happen to this stock if it opened with 'no news' other than what we know. It would be a blood bath. Plenty of big holders bought good chunks well below 4c so they can sell quite low and still make something. Good for them, not so good for the peeps who got in 6c and above. If the stock price goes down so does any take over offer, that is why trying to seal a deal now whilst sitting at 7c in a halt, gives ALL share holders the best chance of at least breaking even. I'm sorry for any holders who really need whatever cash they could get out of a quick fire sale but I'm not sorry for the opportunists looking to pick the remaining flesh from the bones on a reopen with no news.
