If the company is currently canvassing the sale of the project (and it basically acknowledged that it’s doing this), it’s probably appropriate to be in a TH so they can properly manage their continuous disclosure responsibilities
You may have a different opinion, but this is the considered view of the ASX compliance unit, which approved the request.
