Perhaps the bank now does - thus rejecting the SBLC. Something not quite right here.
It is far more reasonable (than not) to believe that WKT management would have known the exact criteria required in order to present a satisfactory SBLC to the bank. It is far less reasonable accepting that they did not, nor accepting that management offered very little explanation as to the reasons why it was rejected !
I am curious….are management still
