Agree with you there R08. You would think there is little consequence at this stage if they even announced a poor take up. But then on second thoughts, maybe the take up was very poor and not sufficient to pay all outstanding debts so they needed time to speak to the contractors regarding payment first. Possibly the reason for the continued suspension announcement before the pending take-up announcement..
