If BMCG asked for the money back over the past 5 months, WKT would have been placed into administration (They have no money), Even today, WKT doesn't have the ~$4.5mil (US $2.9 mil) available to pay them out, the only way BMCG can get paid out is if WKT relists after the capital raising. Mike has detailed in the investor video, WKT will have to use the funds raised for its working capital (~6 months) to pay out BMCG if they ask for their money back,

if that happens, WKT is more than likely going to need to ask investors for money funds because the $16.5mil minimum WKT raised isn't enough to pay out its $17mil in creditors.
