Great news the company received the conditions required from the ASX last night in order to relist…..

The fact that there are conditions at all is a real concern. If the company were compliant - reslisring would have occurred at the end of the shortfall placement. As @semi retired stated on Monday - those close to WKT management expected the suspension to be lifted Tues/Weds this week. How they were wrong….

Now, the company announces (quote); “BELIEVES it can satisfy each of these conditions in a timely manner and INTENDS to recommence trading as soon as possible” ! (Unquote). Hardly a strongly confident statement. The ASX have likely requested stringent financial assurances. In my opinion - mostly around the CRDB drawdown.

Thurs 10th November - based on the wording of this announcement and the CRDB still not communicating as announced in the QRTLY, I expect the suspension will be yet again extended.
