To me on face value it appears that the CFO has made an ass of it. How could he oversee a change in arrears reporting and not assess the impact that it would have on the entity covenants and this only comes out "as part of the strategic review".
I have no skin the game, however, in my humble opinion it is not going to be pretty when opens.
