Just based on logical thinking and common sense
We all know MXC desperately wants to dispose the Derma (esp. after the VC drama)
If there is any delay of the deal, it i highly likely it will be from Cannaglobal side that are holding off the deal.
MXC claimed they have already received "partial payment" from Cannaglobal. However, as far as I know MXC did not disclosed the exact amount of that "partial payment". Is this "partial payment" be $100, $500, or $1,000, no one actually knows.
Please correct me if I am wrong though.
