Its only not commercially naïve of the BOD if the VC deal was deliberately and only set up to fail in order to boost the SP and as such, the management salaries and "performance shares" in the short term. If this was the case then we really do have issues. I would be relying on the fact  that someone like Ross Walker (an independent director on the board) would not entertain that sort of decision given that he would want to maintain his integrity in the medical fraternity in which he has a very high profile, unless he was duped as well which would make him naïve wouldn't it?

Its not only the VC deal either where they have shown a lack of commercial judgement.
