    Hmm - tough one. Although it may not seem like it - many investors (current or future) may not be on or active on social media. ASX ANN makes this committed to public record for eternity - distributed to email accounts far and wide. If they have back-channelled a olive branch with the wild man and are confident he will "go quietly", why announce it to people who may be none the wiser? Just theorising
