The definition of price sensitive information is:
Listing Rule 3.1 requires “immediate” disclosure of any information concerningASX which a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of shares and/or other securities of ASX. This is typically referred to as “market sensitive information”.
I don't read anything in this sentence that makes it permissible to release information to individual shareholders at any time, rather than a market announcement.
As only some of us seem to have a direct line to Management and don't have to wait for official ASX announcements (IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES), what I'd like to know is:
1. How long have we been missing the explosives?
2. When did we run out of diesel?
3. Is Richard a signatory/director to all our companies in Brazil and this is why Management can't sack him, despite his 'activities' in certain places in the mine and lack of activities in other places??
4. When does our new MD take up his post?
