did you miss the part in the financial report where they said they have 31m payments due by 30/9/19. By your own admission they have paid what, 3m of that to January. 
so 28 million left

how will this be financed you think?

as for the photo, like I said, this would've been a perfect opportunity for SAS to announce "construction commenced" like they have for the 3 diamonds to prove they are on track. Needless to say they didn't announce it because construction hasn't commenced
