Why is everyone fixated on this CR as being $15,000,000 ?

Yes yes I understand and the options and discounted shares etc etc.. 25% discount blah blah blah.. $15 Mil there yes..

But I suspect there is more... $15 mil doesn't give MM his pay day..
Also.. why the extended trading halt for information that was conveniently available online?

I say there is more coming..

There are ducks too.. Many ducks.. and SAS are taking some time to line them up..

I suspect that the CR of $15 mill is just part of a wider funding deal.. 
I think that with funding greater than enough for just the first batch.. SAS are going to all providers and asking for dates... Dates for delivery of pearls and dates for launch.. getting commitments they can promote..

I propose that the announcement will include a wider funding deal.. a commitment for delivery of the first and second batch... and proposed dates for launch of said batches..
And in true SAS announcement style an extra MOU or ten for good measure..
