I don't think it matters one Iota how we get the capital to build and launch the first batch once they are up and the tech is proven the share price will fly! Everything will fall in place. MOU will turn into binding contracts. Banks will be screaming to offer loans once revenue is demonstrated. Sure a bit of dilution may come short term but in the grand scheme of things its just a minor set back. Besides whose to say that the announcement wont push the share price north we'll have to wait and see on that one.
