"Out of our control" Well it certainly seems to be out of their control also. Surely the capital raise or whatever you like to call it would have been all but finalised at time of TH. Something has gone horribly wrong or marvellously right. Either having trouble raising the $15M (that's my guess in which case the sponsoring brokers have the upper hand)) or at the last moment a white knight has come along in the way of injecting a sizeable sum into SAS either by way of loan funds or equity. Highly unlikely IMO but one can always hope. One thing in their favour is Michael M whom I think will be working his butt off trying to raise $50M and I reckon he could tip in the lot if he has the guts. Don't like the way this is all going. Think there will be a lot of upset shareholders come next Tuesday, or will it be Tuesday week or later still ??
