    Well, either they didn't raise what they hoped for (which, frankly, what are you doing going to raise from institutions not knowing if you'll get it) or they have some interesting offer that they need to re-arrange the CR for.  I guess we can hope for the second but I fully expect an SPP on Tuesday morning.  Crap.
