in the September 2016 quarter, when that announcement was made, there are no payments that strike me as payments to virgin.
i do not think speculation about discounts is reasonable, given virgin have publically announced 10-12m USD for the cost to launch. Maybe the discount is the 12 to 10, who knows.
this is why the company in my opinion needs to be completely transparent in their disclosure of the contractual amounts and how much they have paid to date for those contracts.
