I personally believe that they are having no end of trouble getting the required cash. Also, the only way this dog will succeed is to get a MAJOR company onboard, eg major telco or even Virgin itself. The problem here has always been where is the money coming from, it was always discussed from get go that there was a 100 mill requirement.
