There is some buy in but not enough buy in. The 'conservative' estimate of +- $12mil is 2years in the making. I understand that those are from the contracts and not the MOUs. However the MOUs still need to be converted. I dont think we have seen enough up take to warrant more than 2 batches.
I am hope hopeful though after the first batch is up and running then the bigger contracts will come in. My sentiment matches Meirs as he, himself expected an NGO to sign up.(One of the more recent podcasts/videos)
