So, we’ve learned that it’s possibly $15m at less than 4.1 with very generous options. Sigh. Better than a poke in the eye but not much better.
We’ll stay in business but are still $35m short of cash positive operations. We keep going. This is a better result, if you’re correct, than only enough money to keep the lights on but not much better. SAS will be back in Sept/Oct looking for more money to get further batches up, assuming the first batch takes care of operations.
$10m a year in running costs.
$15m to put a batch up.
Assuming we’ve paid the bulk of the first batch, then $15m will keep the lights on and pay the rest owed wherever. I hope it’s more and I hope find find that SAS didn’t need to bend over so hard with the options to get it.
