Need hunterr to contact SAS and give us information, as we all know he's always correct.

perhaps SAS meant the delay in cr is due to Xmas and NEw year, including Chinese New year and the Russian Xmas (celebrated in January). 

truth be told,  2 weeks is a long time to finalise terms. Generally a CR is done and terms agreed in principle before the cr announcement is even out. I suspect that an investor may have had a change of mind last minute.
