We know SAS is doing a $200M project and they have only raised $35M to date. We know they need at least another $40-50M to reach self funding. For at least the last 6 months everyone has known funds were getting low and SAS would need to raise money soon and we know that any additional funding would cause dilution. But still every one looses their FN minds when a CR is announced?!? We don't know what's happening with the CR, relax for now. Freak out if it's bad news when it's announced. I imagine it's another $15M at a 20-25% discount as some have said. This means that there will be future CR's too. I suspect the plan is to get just enough dough to get the first 16 Pearls up, tested and generating revenue. Then hope the share price increases so the next CR can be done on better terms to limit dilution. Regardless, so long as they secure more funds and continue to progress it's a good result.
