Hmmm... Perhaps they are selling 10% at .041 and a further 15% at .03. Maybe that is possible, but the 10% approved at the AGM can only be sold at a maximum discount of 75% of the pricing formula, which came to .041.
It obviously smacks of great desperation. We'll see but I hope you're talking out your backside. (there, I relied on a little hope)
