Just a hypothesis ....
When comes to inventions , every smart company keeps low profile .
You make too much noise , and you in trouble .
Here we maybe have a situation where the main holders NLC & NMDC , have the machinery under construction .
I believe as 51% holders they are , no need to tell ECT what they doing ....or if ASX ask questions , ECT can say ....I see nothing ..I hear nothing .
So don't be surprised , if a pilot plan drop there overnight .
