Someone will give them the money from the shortfall of this CR if less than 10% pull out.

Let’s say SAS are short 4 mill they get the 4 mill from someone that will use SAS services and pay advance,
And SAS can give that client that gives them the 4 mill & million worth
It’s very simple really.
But as I said won’t hold my breath.
