think back to BMs post on RS facebook about meir etc being greedy. They simply don't know how to run a successful business and imo should have taken a back seat long ago and be involved in just the technical side rather than business development and operational side. Let someone experienced with business get involved.

this is why MM and Do Fulton were good, despite being non executive directors. They must have disagreesd with how meir runs the joint and resigned.

I think SAS will struggle to find good quality Australian directors from now on. Imo they have burnt bridges and likely what has happened behind closed doors will be told to potential new directors which will spook them to steer clear.
any new directors will likely be inexperienced shell company directors, imo

the fact sas only has 6 to 8 weeks funding left should be looked at by ASIC. The company may well be insolvent by 30 June 19.
