FYI . Whoever asked got my forms a week ago to withdraw funds You have until the 18th to get them in either by post or email to computershare . So I suppose can wait until next announce on 16th before submitting forms .. Triple check when you fill in forms as nothing is filled in for you, No name, address HIN ETC .. If you make one mistake on the form " NO SOUP FOR YOU" Good Luck and DYOR I can try and scan the form and put it on here if needed cheers Roo
