what is the interest rate on this note?
are there any insiders doing this to get extra income? convertable loans have huge interest rates
and the fact that the loan can convert to shares gives insiders the best deal ever. interest income plus shares should company do well.
also notes are higher ranking to shares meaning if it busts they get paod 1st then shareholders.
