May I start by stating that Axiom mining have maintained a legitimate company and are obviously under the scrutiny of those that would enjoy its demise. Unless I am mistaken, the company has attempted to ensure that it has secured mining leases in a very difficult environment in the interests of longevity, security, for Landowners and Shareholders as well as employment and SI opportunities.
For those that maintain a positive or speculative opinion, it would be fair to say that the some seem to feel they are the only opinion that matters. It would be preferable to hear fairer assessments though and not the obsessive and incessant rants. And apart from a falling share price, and ongoing funding issues the rest is just opinion and vexatious statements IMO. Stating the obvious and what has occurred is not rocket science. If this, if that, if if.. What would be appropriate is opinions that are actually useful, and balanced. PPP published an extensive document that IMO were speculative comments and the SP price rose. I still saw no link between Axiom Mining and an Independent publishing company and to this date it has been suggested that this was a pump and dump. IMO the statements in the PPP were well known, which many stated at the time, obvious statements and was an opportunity to sell and some on the basis of the report purchased, but still no links to the company. (Hindsight would suggest SH's should have sold, and Buyers should have stayed away), no argument there, and as many here, I too am in the red, IMO it was a "pump and dump", but not evidenced or orchestrated by the company, but at the time it was stating the known, possibilities. I see no difference in the negative comments when it comes to a "short and distort", so if we are going to suggest the obvious and known statements then we should honestly then support that just maybe these can be construed in the same manner as a pump and dump!
The vile and disgusting comments made on other forums, which are supported by namesakes on this forum, make it clear that these are not the people that seem to be kind or genuine. I certainly do not condone the bad behaviour and therefore as a shareholder I have the right to defend falsehoods and misleading statements. Where opinions are expressed and the share price reflects differently it is very easy to make conclusions, we got it wrong, however you cannot consistently down ramp or "short and distort" and when the price drops claim, "you were correct", because speculation also saw prices go up, it happens!. Don't consider repeat offenders or naysayers as been some type of saviour for shareholders, the word that comes to mind is not something I would like to mention, and those laughable moments suggesting that consultants are posting here on HC, representatives of the company. That may be possible, but what is also possible is the opposite, those that oppose Axiom are posting here too! I have been here long enough to identify the possibility, and yes SMM, opposing landowners etc can also post on HC. However, NEVER has it been proven that consultants exist on these forums as much as it is the opposite! Axiom employs consultants, no doubt there, it's mentioned in most company expenditures, but "A consultant is a professional who provides expert advice in a particular area..." so I would probably back the money been spent in better ways than here on HC, albeit not impossible, but improbable! Axiom mining has IMO made it quite clear that they want to do thing legitimately, the right way, all to the disgust of those that might profit from otherwise under the table illegitimacy! I can assure you, that if you wish to confirm or verify, I am sure the moderators can reassure you, and they do a great job, HC is a much better forum to have sensible discussion, however, let's not be hypocritical, how do we identify any person's genuine or non genuine intentions? However it has become all too apparent that posting on these forum comes with the fear that replies will harass and intimidate, and I have no hesitation to report or take these matters further. HC also shares a responsibility to ensure the safety of posters, and therefore if posters want to take that shaky path then I believe it becomes a matter of moderation and beyond. None of us are protected from the latter!
This is just one of those statements made by what appears to be...well you be the judge!
My concern is the ever increasing repetitive and same posts that are occurring on these forums. The over zealous posts of some seem to be so desperate that they need to dominate these threads. Let's not be naive that the vexatious remnants of those left in the wake of Axiom's successes, yes successes, would wish to dominate its failure. SH's, including myself IMO are frustrated at the delays, SP, SI Government inability to manage simple processes, and of course the basic application process of a 'business licence' and again, as a shareholder and IMO, the lengths at which some will go to ensure only negativity is posted. I can post a chart too, any guesses where this company ended up? Pretty obvious isn't it!
As far as misleading or financial advice provided, I would be one that would encourage each person to DYOR. As for a forgone conclusion, DYOR, but IMO this is not over, and I am sure finger pointing would satisfy those few and I am keen to ensure misleading comments are made accountable, maybe not now while Axiom is in a fragile stage, but what I see as important is whether the current CR will get up and the results of the litigation. If this company is to succeed it needs cooperation of all parties, including SH's. Shareholders have till the 7th July to decide on participation and unless I am convinced this is over then I suppose I'll have my own opinions and make my own choices, I encourage that of everyone. I post independently, do not liaise with other posters, nor the company, I am not sure where this may go, it doesn't look positive, but I am not assured it is over, however I do feel attacks on the MD are defamatory and unfounded, I see no evidence at all to suggest anything corrupt other than an experienced honest person doing the best in a very difficult environment.
